Glenn Gruschow

Glenn Gruschow is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product strategy and execution across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Analytics & Platform at Bullhorn, Glenn is responsible for driving sales growth and customer retention. Prior to this, Glenn held senior managerial roles at UKG and Ultimate Software, focusing on product management for integration platforms. Experience also includes managerial positions at DataScan, AT&T Mobility, UPS Supply Chain Solutions, The Home Depot, and Hewitt Associates, where responsibilities ranged from product ownership to business systems analysis. Glenn holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Financial Risk Management from Georgia State University.
