Jit Seng Ng

Jit Seng Ng is the Chief Operating Officer at Principal Asset Management Berhad since September 2021. Previously, Jit Seng held the position of Chief Customer Experience Officer at AIA Bhd. from January 2018 to August 2021 and served as Head of Service Transformation at the same company from December 2014 to December 2017. Jit Seng's career includes significant roles at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad as Director of Quality, Reengineering & PMO, and at Hong Leong Assurance Berhad as Head of Quality & Reengineering. Additional experience includes positions at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, and Flextronics Shah Alam, beginning as a Production Engineer at Ericsson Mobile Malaysia in 1999. Jit Seng holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Leeds, obtained between 1997 and 1998.
