Rajat Kathuria

Rajat Kathuria is a finance professional with extensive experience in quantitative strategy and research within asset management and financial services. Currently serving as the Head of Quantitative Strategy at Principal Asset Management Berhad since June 2022, Rajat previously held the role of Quantitative Researcher at Principal Financial Group, where responsibilities included developing systematic cross-asset risk-premia strategies for Latin American entities. Earlier roles include Quantitative Portfolio Researcher at Rosetta Analytics, Senior Analyst at Fractal Analytics, and Associate at Morgan Stanley, where Rajat developed regulatory market risk models. Rajat holds a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
