Cynthia Vietor

Cynthia Vietor serves as the National Claims Director at Prosidium Warranty & Capital since April 2023, focusing on the design and implementation of standard operating procedures to enhance claims handling and overall outcomes for dealers nationwide. Prior to this role, Cynthia was a Claims Operations Manager and Manager of Operations-Sales Support at First American Home Buyers Protection, where leadership in cross-functional teams improved claims handling and market share retention. With earlier experience as a Property Manager, Real Estate Agent, and Contact Center Operations Manager, Cynthia has a diverse background in operations management, budget oversight, and strategic initiatives across various industries. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arizona, along with ongoing studies towards a Master of Business Administration at Keller Graduate School of Management.
