Gabriel Ponce

Gabriel Ponce has a diverse background in engineering and maintenance roles. Gabriel started their career at Schulze and Birch Biscuit Co. as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for leading projects in the food industry. Gabriel then joined Baxter Healthcare as a Mechanical Engineer, conducting research to improve sterilization processes. After 11 years at Baxter, Gabriel moved to FONA International as a Plant Engineer, where they worked until 2019. Currently, Gabriel works at Prinova USA, initially as a Manager and later promoted to the position of Director of Maintenance and Engineering.

Gabriel Ponce earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, completing their studies from 1992 to 1997.
