Irini Ioannidou, CIA, DPO Executive has a diverse work experience in various companies. Irini started their career at IMS Health as a Group Financial Controller from 1995 to 2005. Irini then joined Printec Group of Companies in 2007 as a Group Financial Controller, where they handled budgeting, consolidation, audit, and reporting cycles for a multinational organization. Irini played a significant role in redesigning the management reporting process and IT infrastructure to align with the company's new business strategy. In 2010, Ioannidou moved to Forthnet Group as a Director of Financial Operations & Control, where they managed financial operations and led a team of finance professionals through a post-merger integration. Since 2015, they have been working at Printec Group as the Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing internal audit, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and project management. As the Group Internal Auditor and Group Data Protection Officer, they are responsible for implementing annual internal audit plans and ensuring compliance with the EU GDPR and data protection laws.

Irini Ioannidou, CIA, DPO Executive, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) degree in International & European Economic Studies from Athens University of Economics and Business between 1990 and 1994. In 2005 and 2006, they pursued a field of study in Internal Auditing at Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in August 2018, and the Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) certification from TÜV NORD GROUP in June 2018.
