Marty Wright is the current General Counsel at PrinterLogic. Marty has been with the company since February 2015, first as the Director of Legal Administration and then in their current role. PrinterLogic is the world’s leading Enterprise Printer Management solution for server-less remote site printer deployments. With more than 1,500 customers in over 120 countries, PrinterLogic enables organizations of all sizes to eliminate print servers.
As Legal Administrator/General Counsel, Marty is responsible for overseeing the HR department's growth and progress to match the needs of a fast growing and global tech company. Marty provides guidance to the HR department and oversees pending employment law matters to resolution. Marty also develops and implements employee training materials on a variety of HR issues, including harassment and discrimination claims.
In addition, Marty monitors regulations and implements compliance programs to ensure regulatory compliance for the company, employees, and partners. Marty also drafts and revises EULA, SLA, NDA, Reseller, Partner, and Vendor agreements as needed. Marty also manages governmental agency matters that impact the company and its affiliate dealers, including licensing, administrative actions, customer complaints, etc.
Marty coordinates with outside counsel to manage litigation matters as they arise as well as coordinate efforts with patents, trademarks, foreign data privacy compliance, etc. Marty also coordinates international law and data privacy efforts as company expands into Europe and beyond.
Marty Wright has a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law, a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Weber State University, and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Utah Valley University.
Marty Wright reports to Ryan Wedig, CEO. They work with Jonathan Malan - Head of HR, Daniel Cookson - Head of Channels, EMEA, and JD Carter - Chief Experience Officer.
