Caitlyn Viars is a strategic and innovative professional with extensive experience in merchandise management and customer service, currently serving as Customer Merchandise Manager at Printfection since August 2022. Demonstrating expertise in expanding enterprise clientele and surpassing revenue targets, Caitlyn has established a reputation as a trusted swag consultant. As a co-founder of Y'all-Mart, Caitlyn fosters an inclusive space for queer artists, while previous roles at Koss Creative Brands, Colonial Life, Gildan, and various internships have honed skills in product development, customer experience, and inventory management. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from the University of South Carolina.
