Pārsla Baško

Pārsla Baško has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pārsla is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Printful since June 2023. Prior to that, in April 2022, Pārsla co-founded the company Find Ada. Pārsla also worked as a Business Partner & CEO at ERDA from January 2022 to June 2023, and earlier, from January 2020 to June 2023, they held the role of Business Partner at the same company. Pārsla co-founded UpMatched in September 2020 and served as its Co-Founder until January 2023. In January 2019, Pārsla joined Rimi Baltic Group as the Corporate Brand and Communications Director, where they had previously taken on various roles such as Transformation Director, Business Integration Director, and HR & Management Development Director from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, Pārsla served as the HR&Admin Director & HR Lead for Baltic Countries at Aldaris, Part of Carlsberg Group from September 2009 to December 2013. Pārsla also held the position of HR Director at Aldaris from November 2007 to January 2010. Pārsla's earlier experience includes working as the HR & Internal Communication Manager Baltic Zone at Schneider Electric from January 2003 to November 2007.

Pārsla Baško obtained their EMBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Pārsla attended this school from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they studied Law at Latvijas Universitate, although the start and end years for this degree are not provided.

In terms of additional certifications, Pārsla Baško obtained various qualifications from Prosci, including becoming a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor in April 2023 and completing the Prosci Train-the-Trainer Level 2 program in February 2023. Pārsla also completed the Prosci Train-the-Trainer Level 1 program in January 2023 and became a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, delivered by Change Partners, in December 2022.

Furthermore, Pārsla Baško obtained the OPQ certification from CEB (now Gartner) in September 2015 and completed the PROSCI Change Management Practitioner program offered by proacteur in February 2015.
