Cari Field

Cari Field currently serves as the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety at Printpack, leading all EHS activities, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance since November 2023. Prior to Printpack, Cari held positions at Honeywell as Director of HSE & Business Resilience, at The Chemours Company in various leadership roles including Senior Manager of Corporate Resilience, and at DuPont in environmental operations and community affairs. Cari’s career began in the U.S. Coast Guard, where over 13 years were spent coordinating emergency response and incident management as both an enlisted member and a commissioned officer. Cari holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington.
