Rodrick Phillips

Rodrick Phillips is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Technology and Facilities Development at Printpack since February 2016, Rodrick has previously held the role of Principal Mechanical Engineer. Prior to Printpack, Rodrick worked at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer and at PET Terra Systems, Inc. as Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer, focusing on the design and management of facilities for manufacturing processes in various industries. Additional experience includes contract work as a Mechanical Design Engineer for TransMontaigne, and roles as Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at DTRA and Smith Carter Architects and Engineers USA, respectively. Rodrick began a career in engineering as a Civilian Facilities Engineer for the US Navy after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
