Emily Herman

Emily Herman, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in administrative services and leadership development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Administrative Services and Human Resources Director at Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools since August 2019, Emily has demonstrated expertise in policy establishment, continuous improvement, and systems development. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Human Resources at both Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools and Lakeville Area Schools ISD 194, where Emily contributed to the efficient functioning of human resources departments. Additional experience includes positions at Saint Paul Public Schools, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the American Lung Association in Minnesota and South Dakota. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Augustana University.
