Slavisha Karach has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. They currently hold the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering at Rhyme since February 2023. Prior to their work at Rhyme and PriorAuthNow, Slavisha held the role of System/Application/Data Architect at Cox Communications, where they worked from an unspecified start date in 2011 until September 2019. At Cox Communications, they were responsible for building complex applications and implementing various technologies like big data collection, Java, PHP, SQL, NoSQL, AWS, Python, C/C++/C#, Kafka, Hadoop, Android, and iOS. They also participated in programming prototypes and led the team in competitions that secured the main contract for implementing the final version of new Cox software.
Slavisha's earlier work experience includes a role as a Team Lead at TVWorks from April 2006 to December 2009 and a managerial position as Manager of Computer Applications Support at Bell Canada in 2002.
Slavisha Karach holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Western University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they completed the following certifications: "Baseline: Data, ML, AI" from Qwiklabs, "Cloud Hero Speedrun: Understanding Your GCP Costs" from Qwiklabs, "Essential Cloud Infrastructure: Core Services" from Coursera, "Essential Cloud Infrastructure: Foundation" from Coursera, and "Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure" from Coursera. In August 2019, they completed the certifications "BigQuery for Data Warehousing" from Qwiklabs, "Cloud Hero Speedrun: IoT & Big Data" from Qwiklabs, "Cloud Hero Speedrun: VM Migration" from Qwiklabs, "Data Engineering Quest - Google Cloud Platform" from Qwiklabs, and "Kubernetes in the Google Cloud" from Qwiklabs.
