Adrienne Huntley has extensive experience in human resources, with roles in various companies starting from 1997 to the present. Adrienne currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Priority Ambulance. Prior to this, they founded and was the CEO of Enne Resources, LLC, where they provided coaching and talent acquisition services. Adrienne Huntley also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources & Compliance at Qsource. Before that, Adrienne was the Global Organizational Development Director & HR Business Partner at Barr Brands International, Inc, where they played a crucial role in strategy execution, talent management, and leadership development. Adrienne also held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Tenet Healthcare, where they led the HR team and implemented efficient HR shared services. Adrienne Huntley has also worked as the Human Resources Director at HealthSouth, Human Resources Manager at Odyssey Medical, Inc., and Human Resources Director at Spring Gate Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. At Rural Metro, Adrienne served as a Multi-site Human Resources Generalist, handling various HR functions and contributing to operational effectiveness. Adrienne Huntley began their career at Rural Metro as an HR Assistant/Office Manager. Adrienne holds the SHRM-CP and MSHRM-OD certifications.

Adrienne Huntley SHRM-CP, MSHRM-OD completed their education with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management - Organizational Development from Strayer University-Maryland, from the years 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's in Business Administration degree in Human Resources from the same university, between 2005 and 2008. Their high school education was completed at East High School from 1984 to 1991. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained a certification as an Emotional Intelligence Ei-2.0 Individual & 360 Assessment Coach from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in November 2022.
