Holden Smith

Holden Smith is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in full cycle recruiting and human resources operations. Currently serving as a Jr. Recruiter at Priority Dispatch since March 2022, Holden is responsible for job postings, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, and onboarding. Previously, as an HR Manager at Sportsman's Warehouse, involvement included providing HR support across multi-state operations and applying company policies consistently. Early career experiences include roles as a Jr. Recruiter and Administrative Assistant, where skills in recruiting, office management, and customer service were developed. Holden holds a Bachelor of Science in American Government and Politics with a Minor in Human Resources from Utah Valley University and has also pursued education in Civil Engineering and General Studies.
