Nathan Moore is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing innovative solutions for various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Candidate Labs since June 2021, Nathan leads the creation of tools that empower search professionals through data-driven applications, including a proprietary Applicant Tracking System and advanced candidate search functionalities. Previously, Nathan held senior engineering roles at Plastiq, focusing on launching payment solutions and improving development efficiency, and at LendingClub, enhancing a personal loan platform. Nathan's early career involved front-end development for Project Lighthouse, where robust state management and search capabilities were implemented. Nathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas A&M University.
