Laurel Raleigh

Laurel Raleigh, PSM I, is a Senior Information Technology Specialist at PRISM, with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the information technology and finance sectors. Since September 2010, Laurel has excelled in specialized claims system support, project management, and report writing, notably working with software vendors to manage software conversions and provide end-user support for the SIMS claims software. Prior experience includes positions at Alliant Insurance Services as an Assistant Program Representative, and roles at companies such as Ricoh Americas Corporation, Bear Stearns Companies, Argent Mortgage Company, Equity Financial Group, Howard Building Corporation, and Pacific Rim Mechanical. Laurel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from American InterContinental University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Graphic Design from Platt College-Ontario.
