Rhonda Haynes

Rhonda Haynes has extensive experience in risk management and human resources, currently serving as a PRISM Board Member and Public Agency, as well as a Legislative Committee Member for CSAC since January 2017. Rhonda holds the position of Risk Manager at the Orange County Fire Authority since August 2020, following a role as Workers' Compensation Program Manager from March 2013 to August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Interim Human Resources Director at the City of San Bernardino and various positions related to risk and workers' compensation management at the same city from 2000 to 2013. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Christian University and has received multiple certifications in workers' compensation and professional disability management from recognized institutions.
