Pooja Chauhan Sphr

Pooja Chauhan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Pooja started their career in 2002 as an HR Manager at Chemosyn Limited and worked there until 2006. Pooja then joined Kirusa, Inc. as an HR Consultant from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they became a Project Manager - Human Resource Business Partner at Abbott Point of Care, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Pooja worked as an Independent HR Consultant, providing expertise as an HR Business Consultant. In 2017, they joined PRISM Vision Group - NJEye/NJRetina as a Director of Human Resources and later became the Vice President of Human Resources.

Pooja Chauhan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from SNDT Women's University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in June 2007 and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification from SHRM in December 2015. Pooja Chauhan also holds a SHRM-SCP certification, although the exact date of obtaining it is unknown.
