Strong communication and conflict management skills make Mike an unstoppable force among the Human Resources Team. Human Resources has been a passion of Mike’s since college, keeping him in the field for over 25 years. Before joining Prisma, Mike held HR positions in both the Retail and Hospitality industries.
Since joining Prisma in 2018, Mike has implemented multiple programs to grow company culture and provide a comfortable and positive employee experience. One major program Mike has implemented is the Leadership Training Program, which is ongoing and is completed by all of Prisma’s leadership roles. Mike came to Prisma in an attempt to try a new industry, a decision that worked for the best of both parties.
Mike enjoys traveling and spending his days off outdoors, being active.
