Mandy Pickens

Mandy Pickens, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Market and Facility Supply Chain Operations at Prisma Health since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mandy held the position of Prime Vendor Analyst Manager at Medline Industries, LP from February to August 2023. Experience includes serving as a Business Development Representative at US Med-Equip, Inc. from June 2019 to February 2023, and managing Central Supply and Materials Management at Sparks Regional Medical Center from November 2010 to April 2018. Mandy has also worked as a Clinic Manager at the Eastern Oklahoma Surgical Clinic and as a Clinical Nurse at South Arkansas Ear Nose and Throat. Early career experience includes management at American Endoscopy Services, Inc. Mandy Pickens holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Anderson University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Certificate of Proficiency in Professional Leadership from Arkansas Tech University. Additionally, Mandy holds an Associate of Science in Surgical Technology from Southeast Arkansas College.
