Michael Woodring has over 20 years of work experience. Michael began their career in 1997 as a Training Specialist for General Physics Corporation, where they researched and developed multilevel documentation to provide specific technical training for clients in the pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, and telecommunications industries. In 1999, they joined Global Software, Inc. as an Information Developer, creating user and technical documentation for accounting software packages, as well as writing source code and advertising/marketing copy for the company website. Michael then moved to Berkley Technology Services in 2000 as a Technical Writer/Editor, creating and maintaining online and hardcopy user and technical documentation for insurance policy processing software running on UNIX, MS Windows, and web platforms. In 2002, they became a Self-Employed Contractor, developing documentation databases to support Lotus Notes application for managing reinsurance relationships and contracts. Michael then joined Omnitech, Inc. in 2006 as a Business Analyst, crafting software development documentation from proposals and requirements through statements of work, specifications and end-user help/manuals. In 2013, they joined Zuercher Technologies as a Proposal & Technical Writer, creating proposals, responding to RFPs, and writing copy for proposal, web, marketing and contract documents. In 2015, they became a Pricing Analyst at TriTech Software Systems, owning product pricing templates and ensuring that pricing for RFPs was provided on-time and according to client requirements. In 2018, they joined CentralSquare Technologies as a Pricing Manager, directing the pricing team for certain public safety lines of business, reviewing and approving all quotes for those lines, and mentoring pricing managers. Most recently, they joined Prismatic in 2022 as a Marketing Content Writer.

Michael Woodring attended Bob Jones University from 1992 to 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Writing.
