Mike Maliska

Mike Maliska is an accomplished Senior QA Manager (Automation Architect) at PrismHR since October 2019, bringing extensive experience in quality engineering and automation. Previously, as Director of Quality Engineering at Rocket Software, Mike led a team focused on software quality across a diverse product portfolio. In earlier roles at Dell EMC, Mike designed a fully automated test framework using Python, Docker, and Vagrant, while also serving as Principal QA Automation Software Engineer at CA Technologies, where a Kanban-style support team was established to enhance automation for Scrum teams. Additional experience includes managing the Technical Service Department at Brady People ID and roles in software quality assurance and production supervision at ImageWare Systems, Inc. and Qualex Inc. respectively.
