Samanta J. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment. Samanta is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Prismic, a mature tech company focused on creating a non-intrusive CMS. Prior to this, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company.

Before joining Prismic, Samanta worked as a Recruitment Specialist at MRL Consulting Group, where they specialized in hiring hardware and software engineers in Europe and the USA. Samanta also gained experience as a Recruitment Manager at BJ Hunting Consulting, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of positions, from entry level to C-level.

Samanta's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Robert Half, the world's largest specialized staffing firm. Samanta also served as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional at Movile, a global leader in mobile marketplaces and commerce platforms. Additionally, they worked as a Headhunter at Page Personnel - Brazil.

In the past, Samanta had the opportunity to work in other HR-related roles, such as an HR Business Partner at Gerdau S.A., and in Training & Development at Abril. Samanta also gained research experience as an undergraduate scientific researcher at Universidade de São Paulo.

Samanta J. began their education at the University of São Paulo in 2008, where they pursued a degree in pedagogy. Samanta completed their studies in 2011. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2015, they attended the Sociedade Paulista de Psicanálise to study psychoanalysis.
