Jenny Schroeder is an accomplished operations and customer success leader, currently serving as Vice President Operations and Vice President of Customer Success at PrismRBS since May 2018. With a robust background that includes leadership roles at Nebraska Book Company and Decision Logic, Jenny has successfully managed teams, standardized support processes, and improved customer experience for over 250 clients.
