Courtney Wonneberg has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 as a Conference Services Coordinator at Mayer Brown. From 2007 to 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Ronin Capital. In 2014, they became a Licensed Real Estate Broker at TARIS Real Estate until 2018. Since 2008, they have been actively involved in Blondes vs. Brunettes, a volunteer-driven event supporting the Alzheimer's Association, where they served as Chairwoman, Player, Committee Member, and National Council Member. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Pritzker Group, where they are responsible for policy creation, employee relations, conflict resolution, benefits plan creation, employee engagement, compensation analysis, and recruitment and growth initiatives.
Courtney Wonneberg started their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. Courtney then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, attending from 2010 to 2012. Finally, they are currently enrolled at Harvard Business School, working towards their Leadership Development qualification, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024.
