Daniela Duarte

Daniela Duarte has over 17 years of experience in the financial and administrative fields. In 2003, they began their career as an Auxiliary of the Personnel Department at Fiskus Contabilidade. In 2008, they moved to Método Dutra as the Responsible of the Personnel Department. In 2010, they joined Meta as the Manager of Administration, Finance and Human Resources. Here, they were responsible for the financial health of the company, as well as the implementation of projects to reduce costs and improve the quality and security of the company. In 2019, they became a Financial Consultant at Freire Saraiva Advocacia e Consultoria - Sociedade de Advogados. In 2020, they joined Maven Inventing Solutions as the Administrative and Financial Manager, where they were responsible for the organization and restructuring of the company's finances. Daniela also implemented a Cash Flow, Corporate Budget, cost and expense analysis, and reorganized the company to make it sustainable. In 2020, they also joined Privacy Tools as the Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for the preparation of financial reports and projections to present to investors and to structure the financial, accounting, legal and human resources areas in order to create a solid base for the development of the startup. In 2022, they joined HubChannel as a Financial Consultant.

Daniela Duarte has a well-rounded education history. Daniela graduated from Unisinos in 2012 with a Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Gestão de Recursos Humanos in the field of Gestão de Recursos Humanos. Daniela then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Unisinos from 2014 to 2016 in the field of Gestão Empresarial. In 2018, they began their MBA em Gestão Financeira, Controladoria e Auditoria at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they are currently completing. Additionally, Daniela has taken English classes periodically since 2018, as well as a course at English School of Canada in 2019.
