Olena Serba

Olena Serba is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in KYC and financial institution management. Currently serving as a Senior KYC Expert at PrivatBank since February 2021, Olena previously held the position of Account Manager at STEP IT Academy, focusing on communication between the central office and branches. Prior to that, Olena worked as a Financial Advisor, assisting in account openings for legal entities and negotiating with foreign financial institutions. Career achievements also include significant roles at SBERBANK, where responsibilities included managing correspondent banks and optimizing operations, and earlier positions at Nadra Bank that involved documentary business support.
