Michelle Chelsey

Michelle Matkowski is currently serving as an Indigenous Intern at the Community Housing Transformation Centre, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Michelle worked as the Program Coordinator for Métis Languages at the Louis Riel Institute from June 2023 to November 2023 and managed the Homeschool/Tutorship Program at the Manitoba Métis Federation between January 2022 and June 2023. Other roles include Administrative Coordinator at Main Street Project Inc., Clinic Supervisor at Eaton Place Medical Centre, and Operations Manager at a Private Medical Practice. Additionally, Michelle has experience as Clinic Manager at Natural Health Services Ltd. and Director of Administration at Tribal Councils Investment Group of Manitoba Ltd. Education includes an Associate of Science in Health Services from University of the People and Health Care Aide Equivalent from Assiniboine College, among other qualifications.
