As Head of Marketplaces at BetterHome Group, Theo plays a key role in strategic oversight of diverse businesses, fostering integration and innovation. Previously, Theo was CEO of hepsiemlak, transforming it into a leading real estate vertical in Turkey, and held significant roles at Property24, where contributions included overseeing development for multiple international markets. Additionally, Theo co-founded the All Out Dance Foundation to support youth from disadvantaged backgrounds through dance.
