Inez Wondeh

Inez Wondeh is the Chief Executive Officer of both BASS Medical Group and BASS Privia Management Company of California. She brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience focusing on growth strategy, administration, and providing affordable, quality care to the community.

Inez joined BASS Medical Group as COO in 2015 and was appointed CEO in 2019.During her tenure, she has provided visionary leadership that has continued to inspire the highest levels of performance in the financial and operational administration of the medical group. She led BASS’ strategic vision in the development and expansion into one of the largest independent physician-led groups in the Bay Area. Prior to joining BASS, Inez spent the majority of her career in ambulatory care leading operations and growth with other specialty care groups.

Inez earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Mary’s College of California, and went on to earn her Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco.
