Joseph L. Quaranta

Joseph Quaranta, MD, is the Market President of Privia Health Connecticut. He has over 20 years’ experience as a practicing primary care physician and physician executive leading medical groups and large physician networks.

Dr. Quaranta has served as President of Community Medical Group (CMG) for over 10 years, leading the largest independent clinically integrated physician network in Connecticut with over 1,100 providers. During this time, he has implemented and developed CMG’s clinical integration and population health programs, leading the organization’s transition toward value-based care. These efforts have resulted in consistently high network performance across a broad range of value-based care initiatives.
