Lacey Benedict MPA, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they are working at Privia Health as a Senior Salesforce Engineer, where they design flows and creates documentation using Elements Cloud. Prior to this, Lacey worked at LSQ as a Salesforce Administrator/Architect, where they set up Live Chat and offline web-to-case using OmniChannel in Service Cloud. Lacey also implemented an overhaul of the sales process to meet Salesforce best practices.

Before joining LSQ, Lacey was a Sales Operations Manager at PowerDMS, where they were responsible for managing sales operations. Lacey also worked at Viewpost as both an Engagement Manager and a Sales Operations Manager. In these roles, they managed proposal pipelines, analyzed sales reports, and coordinated with sales and operations teams.

Lacey Benedict obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida from 2005 to 2008. Lacey further pursued their education at the same institution, completing their Master's in Public Administration (MPA) from 2008 to 2009. Lacey then went on to obtain their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Lacey Benedict has earned several certifications. In October 2016, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce. Lacey continued to enhance their skills by obtaining the Fundamentals I certification from Copado in August 2021.
