Nik Souris

Nik Souris has over 30 years of professional experience in the technology and business consulting industries. Nik began their career in 1988 as an Experienced Manager at Andersen Consulting, where they were a Relational Database and Distributed Processing expert in AC TIS-WW organization. Nik was also a founding member of the European Technology Centre team in Paris France / Sophia-Antipolis, France. In 1995, they joined Convergys (formerly Software Support Inc.) as VP of Operations and IT, where they oversaw 1100 customer support representatives (CSRs) and technology infrastructure for state-of-the-art call center technology operations. In 1998, they became the EVP - General Manager of Paladyne Corporation, where they helped several private companies execute a reverse merger into a publicly traded company. Nik also led the rebranding to Paladyne (Customer Powered) and directed the company's integrated customer management services that encompassed traditional marketing and advertising, marketing strategy, data-driven direct marketing and channel resellers leveraging its proprietary data cleansing software technology, Datagration. In 1999, they founded SaaS company ClearCrossing, Inc. to help automate mundane business tasks related to processing information on documents and legacy systems. Nik led the company through financing and initial clients in Hospitality, Telecommunicaitons and Real Estate / Mortgage Banking industries. In 2006, they became a Contract Management Consultant at 4DMedia and Vice President at Lender Support Systems, Inc. In 2007, they were appointed CEO of Affectionate Brands Corporation. From 2010-2016, they were a Management Consultant at The Souris, where they supported a variety of organizations with corporate development, business strategy, and digital marketing expertise. Nik was highly skilled in business process architecture and information technology as applied in a broad range of industries including: Retail, CPG, Financial Services, Technology, Digital Media, Manufacturing and Utilities. In 2016, they became the Director Of Value Delivery at Privoro.

Nik Souris attended Belleville Townships High School West for their secondary education. Nik then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University from 1983-1988. In 1998, they completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School in Professional Services. Nik also attended Lean Startup Machine, though no degree or field of study was specified.
