Emil Nemec

Emil Nemec is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in M&A, corporate finance, project finance, and real estate. Since 2006, Emil has served as a Partner at PRK Partners, where contributions include the establishment and management of the Bratislava office. Prior to this role, Emil was an Associate at White & Case from 1993 to 2006, managing and negotiating complex acquisition and financing transactions, notably during the early project financing developments in Eastern Europe. Emil also held a position as a Lawyer at the International Finance Corporation from 1999 to 2002, having been seconded from White & Case. Emil Nemec's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in law and a JUDr. from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, along with an LL.M. in International Law from The George Washington University Law School.
