Stan Glass

Stan Glass has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and consulting. Stan has held various positions throughout their career, including Director of Recruiting at PRM Consulting Group, Inc., where they specialize in people resource management. Stan has also served as the Senior VP of Programs and Planning at the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and as a Director of Recruiting at Zantech IT Services, Inc. Stan has worked with organizations such as MicroTech, PAE, EMC Corporation, and Northrop Grumman, gaining expertise in talent acquisition and management. Stan has also worked independently as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Consultant. With a strong background in recruitment strategy and leadership, Stan has successfully managed teams and provided human capital solutions to support business growth.

Stan Glass has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Middlebury College. Stan also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from Ambassador College and a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Ambassador University. Additionally, they attended Roosevelt High School in Roosevelt, New York. Stan Glass has obtained a certification as an AIRS CIR - Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP.
