RJ Hines is a seasoned business consultant and executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles. As the Founder and CEO of The Hinesight Group since December 2020, RJ focuses on strategic planning, marketing, leadership mentoring, and fractional C-suite support. In addition to this role, RJ serves as an Executive Board Member and Advisor at Pro Cloud SaaS, contributing expertise in operations and marketing for cybersecurity and AI solutions. Previously, RJ held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Vision Graphics Inc., where leadership spanned sales, client services, and marketing teams in the Tactile Marketing space. Experience also includes senior director roles at HotSchedules, managing director positions at Canon Solutions America and Ricoh USA, and serving as Chief Operating Officer at Gradient Analytics, where RJ facilitated significant global growth initiatives. RJ Hines is an alumnus of the University of Denver.
