Orike Preuße

Orike Preuße has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on people and organization, spanning various industries including gaming, e-commerce, and publishing. As the Global Head of People & Organisation at an International Gaming Company from April 2021 to December 2023, Orike Preuße demonstrated expertise in strategic human resources management. Prior to this role, Orike Preuße held multiple positions in a hyper-growth SaaS start-up from January 2015 to March 2021, including COO and VP of People & Organisation. Experience also includes serving as Head of Customer Care International and Site Manager at an international e-commerce company from February 2013 to January 2015, and project lead customer service at a vendor for customer service and sales support from December 2010 to January 2013. Earlier career milestones include leadership in ad production and customer service for a publishing company in Berlin and Cologne from February 1997 to April 2010.
