Patrick Francis-Lang

Patrick Francis-Lang has extensive experience in human resources management. Patrick began their career as the Head of Personnel at BNFL - Hinkley Point Power Station in 1995 and then moved on to British Energy as an HR Manager. Patrick later worked at Devon and Cornwall Police as an Interim HR Manager before becoming the Head of Human Resources at Pro Insurance Solutions in 2003.

Patrick Francis-Lang obtained a Diploma in Personnel Management & Employee Relations from the University of the West of England in 1991. Patrick later completed their FCIPD qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
