Janice Thompson

Janice Thompson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at ProMach since February 2024, Janice previously held the position of Human Resources Director for Advanced Refractories NAFTA at Vesuvius USA from January 2021 to February 2024. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Moen Incorporated and a series of HR leadership positions at Meritor, including Senior Manager and Regional Manager. Janice's career began with roles such as Human Resource Manager at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope and Human Resource Representative at Adplex. Janice holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Governors State University and a BA in Spanish, Political Science, and Global Studies from Illinois State University.
