Ron Decelis MBA, BCom, ICIA, C.Mgr has over 13 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Ron is currently the Director of Finance, Pharmaceutical at ProMach, responsible for supporting divisional controllers with budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Ron also develops and implements process improvement initiatives based on accounting best practices and US GAAP requirements.

Prior to their current role, Ron was the Corporate Controller at Circuit Check Inc., where they managed accounting departments in multiple divisions and prepared US GAAP compliant consolidated financial statements on a monthly basis.
