Valentina Rolando is currently a Global HR Analyst at Pro Mujer, where responsibilities include harmonizing and automating the monthly payroll process, standardizing reports, and cross-checking controls. Previously, Valentina served as a Global HR Intern at Pro Mujer, supporting hiring cycles across LATAM and promoting cultural alignment within the organization. Valentina's experience also includes an internship in Human Resources at Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior - BICE, contributing to personnel selection and job description updates. Currently pursuing a double degree in Global Business Management at The Berlin School of Economics and Law, Valentina also holds a Bachelor’s degree from UADE in Global Business Management and a secondary education diploma with a focus in English from Escuela Cristiana Evangelica Argentina.
