Paul has worked tirelessly at our new account the West Side Market. We only had 10 days notice to start this account that has 24/7 staffing. Paul was able to rehire a few employees that were furloughed in August and hire enough new employees to staff the account by opening day. The supervisor that we hired resigned 8 hours before her first shift and Paul stepped up to take on those responsibilities for 2 weeks until her replacement could start. Since starting the account Paul has put in a tremendous number of hours on nights, weekends, and holidays at this location without a single complaint.
