Tim Hartenstein

Tim has been a parking professional and a member of the Pilgrim family for over 15 years. He has extensive knowledge in parking operations across all verticals, as well as asset management and construction management in coordination with ownership groups. He has overseen numerous PARCS design and upgrade projects, including the recent upgrade to the FLASH PARCS system at the State Transportation Building/City Place Garage. Tim is well-versed in budgeting, reporting, forecasting, auditing, training and transition plans for new location openings.
