Erika Grendelova is currently a Learning and Development Specialist at PRO SKY. Prior to this, Erika has extensive experience in the field of L&D at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty and as an HR Coordinator. Erika also has a background in teaching, project administration, and writing, with a Doctorate in Philosophy specializing in Pedagogy. Erika's diverse skillset includes managing talent platforms, coordinating trainings, overseeing programs, and organizing projects across various organizations and industries.
