Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith has a diverse background in IT and technical support, currently serving as an IT Service Desk professional at ProSphere since February 2018. In addition, Kevin is the founder of Nerd Merge, a role held since June 2015. Kevin's prior experience includes working as a Tier 1 Technical Advisor at Apple from May 2017 to February 2018, and as a General Clerk III at Cognosante from April 2014 to May 2017. Earlier in Kevin's career, roles included Transaction Processor at Xerox from 2008 to 2013, focusing on data entry of critical documents. Kevin holds an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Somerset Community College, earned between 2011 and 2013.
