Herman Michael Few has been in the professional sports industry since 1998. Herman Michael began their career as a Lead West Coast Regional Recruiter for No Limit Sports Management. In 2000, they became a National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Agent / Recruiter for Sportswest Football. From 2001 to 2018, they were the Founder / Chief Executive Officer of Few Sports - Player & Team Development, where they applied and integrated personal and professional development strategies and techniques to provide elite athletes, teams and organizations with special insight, vision and understanding aimed at producing maximum performance and flawless achievement both on and off the field. In 2018, Herman began working as a Fatherhood Specialist for Children's Institute, Inc. (CII), where they facilitated the Men In Relationship Group (MIRG) and 24/7 Dad Curriculum, and provided case management for Project Fatherhood. In 2019, they founded The Fatherhood Clinic, where they provide individual coaching/consulting, speaking engagements, workshops, and groups. In 2021, Herman became the Chief Experience Officer for Pro Sports Development Center.

Herman Michael Few has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Herman Michael has also completed professional development courses from John F. Kennedy University. For specialized training, they completed the Project Fatherhood 5-Day Training Institute from Children's Institute, Inc. (CII), and the 24:7 DAD 12-week curriculum from the 24/7 Dad Training Institute - National Fatherhood Initiative. Additionally, they have obtained the California Basic Education Skills Test (CBEST) from the State Of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, and an Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit from the State Of California State Board of Education. Herman Michael is also certified as a Certified Contract Advisor (Non-Active) from the National Football League Players Association, which they obtained in September of 2000.
