Jessica Blackburn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the healthcare pharmacy benefit management sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operations at ProAct since December 2013, Jessica has held various key positions, including Manager of Benefit and Eligibility Configuration and Benefit Operations Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations related to specialty customer service, managing group additions, and coordinating with internal and external partners for eligibility and data transmission critical to benefit designs. Prior to joining ProAct, Jessica worked at Philly Fuels, Inc. from August 2008 to December 2013, where the role of Manager was undertaken.
