Andrew Segura has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andrew started their career as an Optician at Walmart from March 2010 to November 2012. Andrew then worked as a SpotifyU Campus Influencer at Spotify from April 2013 to December 2013. Following this, Andrew joined Alvin Community College as a Social Network Specialist/Marketing Assistant, where they were responsible for editing and creating content for social media sites and other internet projects from May 2012 to December 2014.
In 2015, Andrew joined Kuno Creative as a Marketing Technologist, where they excelled in website development, email marketing automation, lead generation, client project management, and performance reporting. Andrew managed multiple client projects and delivered insightful metric reports until June 2017.
From July 2017 to June 2021, Andrew worked at NORCAL Group as a Marketing Coordinator. Andrew'sresponsibilities included website creation and maintenance, email communications, analytics management, and supporting internal projects. Andrew implemented successful strategies to increase email open rates and created sales lead funnels for the Business Development department.
Currently, Andrew is working as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at ProAssurance since June 2021. In this role, they oversee the design and development of websites, utilizes data analytics for marketing strategies, and ensures seamless user experiences. Notably, they spearheaded the transition of the company's magazine to a fully digital website, positioning the company in line with competitors.
Andrew Segura completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake between 2010 and 2014. Prior to this, from 2009 to 2011, they attended Alvin Community College, studying Information Technology without obtaining a degree. In terms of additional certifications, Andrew obtained the following: Digital Marketing from HubSpot in February 2022, Google Ads Display Certification and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in September 2020, Hubspot Marketing Software from HubSpot in April 2020, Inbound Certification from HubSpot in March 2015, and Email Marketing from HubSpot in September 2020.
