Susan Demers

Susan Demers, RPLU, CPLP, has extensive experience in underwriting and risk assessment, currently serving as an Underwriter for ProAssurance since June 2012. Initially contributing as a support resource for medical and legal malpractice, Susan advanced to the roles of Associate Underwriter for LPL and Underwriter for MPL. Prior to joining ProAssurance, Susan worked as an Escrow Specialist at First National Bank of America, where responsibilities included monitoring insurance, handling claims, and conducting escrow analysis. Additionally, Susan operated various businesses from 1999 to 2006, further developing skills in management and customer service. Susan holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Lansing Community College.
